Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several tea cups placed in handwash station in the front area.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store anything inside handwash station, this sink is for handwashing only.

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: 1) Opened cans of corn and oyster sauce stored inside undercounter cooler. 2) Rice spatula left on the counter.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Once cans of food are opened and unfinished, food must be transferred to food grade containers for proper storage. Do not reuse food cans. 2) Keep rice spatulas in ice water bath to prevent bacterial growth.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Heavy grease noted on the exhaust hood and under stove top. Food debris noted in several areas - rice spillage in the back, food splash in microwave, food debris on shelves, kitchen floors and refrigeration units.
Corrective Action(s): Please have ALL areas properly cleaned and sanitized in 1 week. Exhaust hood service is scheduled for Feb 16, 2020. Follow up inspection scheduled for Feb 18, 2020.

Observation: Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 0-10ppm chlorine at plate, 120F. Still 2 inches deep of chlorine sanitizer in the bucket but product may have expired. Operator purchased chlorine from hardware store but the label indicates it is for swimming pool use. Correction Order issued.
Corrective Action(s): Operator contacted supplier at time of inspection and ordered dishwasher sanitizer scheduled for tomorrow's delivery. Do not use non dishwashing chemicals for dishwasher. Product label should indicate use and operator should always follow manufacturer's label.
