Follow up inspection:
-Chest freezer in the second room was at -24 degrees C (-18 degrees C or less).
-Other two chest freezers were also at or below -18 degrees C (-19 degrees C and -21 degrees C).
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water) was available in the bucket with the wiping cloth.
-It was reviewed that the cutting board table surface should be washed with a clean wiping cloth immersed in soapy water, then rinsed, and then wiped with a clean cloth immersed in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution, and then allowed to air dry.
-Food safety and sanitation plans were discussed with the Operator and the components required within them. Please submit your food safety and sanitation plan to the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health by April 1, 2019.
