-General sanitation is satisfactory -All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels -Walk-in cooler at 2.1C -Prep coolers at < or = 4C -Walk-in freezer at -18C -Hot holding units at > or = 60C -High temperature dishwasher reached 72.9C at the plate level during the final rinse -Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing -Quat sanitizer available (200 ppm) at three compartment sink and in buckets -Food is stored in organized manner. Date labels in use. -Dry storage is clean -Chemicals are stored away from areas of food prep and storage -Staff personal belongings are stored away from areas of food prep and storage -No signs of pests observed during inspection.
