Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The back hand washing sink was turned off with "out of order" written on it. After a discussion with the kitchen manager, this was done due to the placement of the garbage cans.
Corrective Action(s): Turned back on during the inspection. This sink must be available for use and in working order at all times.
