- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels
- All coolers 4C and below ***After adjustment
>>> Several coolers 6-7C at the beginning of the inspection. Cooler dials adjusted and cooler dropped temperature.
- All freezers -18C and below
- Hot holding not done at time of inspection
- All dishwashers (5) final rinse measure 71C and above at plate level final rinse
- No signs of pests, professional pest control routinely checks.
- Manager and staff has valid FOODSAFE or equivalent
- Temperature logs are maintained and next to all the coolers
- QUAT sanitizers measure 200ppm at dispensers and at the third compartment sink
- Dry storage well maintained
