Routine inspection conducted. Facility wholesales foods and does minor "repackaging" by opening larger containers of supplier-prepackaged products to clients who do not need large quantities. Repackaging done at sister company's, Canuel Caterers, production area Temperatures: Walk-in cooler: 0.9°C Walk-in freezer: -14.0°C Sanitation: No processing nor food handling done on site; foods are made at an approved kitchen and distributed to this location Handwashing station at washroom equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels 2 compartment sink available mainly for cleaning and to fill mop bucket Storage: All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Storage area was well-organized. Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas. General: No pest activity observed at time of inspection Professional pest control company contracted; Avon Pest Control Monthly inspections. No activity in food storage area noted in report
