No food preparation occurring at the time of inspection.

The main kitchen area is located on the left side when walking into the front door.

All coolers were measured at 4C. The freezers were measured at -18C.
QUAT sanitizer ranged from 50-200ppm.
*Please ensure all QUAT sanitizers are at 200ppm.
Handwashing station was equipped with soap, paper towel, cold/hot running water.

2 of 2-compartment sinks available for preparation and dishwashing (manual) when necessary.
- Hot water dishwasher was measured at 77C at the plate level.

*Please ensure the diplay(glass) cooler is always at 4C or below.
