Routine inspection conducted for Deli: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - Hot-holdings operating above 60'C. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout. Automated dispenser at correct concentration. - Low temperature achieved minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at plate level after final rinse. - Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner. - Food products stored in pest proof containers and 6inch off the floor. - Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.
