Note: Temperature of unit was at required temperature.

- General sanitation satisfactory
- Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks
- Handsink in kitchen and sink in front service area supplied with liquid soap and paper towel for handwashing.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) and freezers were maintaining products in a frozen state.

- Hot holding temperatures of potentially hazardous foods were adequate (60C or higher)
- Corn 61C, soup 69C, eggs 69C, rice 64C
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required sanitizing temperature. Temperature dish surface measured 76C.
- In use wiping cloths stored in chlorine bleach sanitizer solution - 200ppm chlorine.
- In use spoons/scoops stored in ice water. Ensure ice is replenished when it melts.
- Food in storage (coolers, freezers, dry storage) was protected from contamination. Items were covered/wrapped.
- No signs of pest infestation noted at time of inspection. Rodents traps present for monitoring.
- Staff/public washrooms maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Operator present and has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate. Operator has completed course again (14-Jan-2023) to renew certificate. Viewed certificate at time of inspection.
