Observation: A few mouse droppings noted on shelving in one row of store.
Corrective Action(s): Remove products from shelving and throughly clean shelving to remove mouse droppings. Use bleach solution to sanitize. Continue to monitor to determine if there are any other dropping or any future rodent activyt. Sticky traps present throughout the store for monitoring. Cleaning and organization are also needed to prevent providing food and harbourage. Correction date: Aug. 9/16

Observation: Back storage area (including back storage rooms) is very cluttered creating potential harbourage for pests.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize back storage area. Store products on shelving and keep floor areas clear to allow for ease of cleaning, monitoring for pests and preventing runways and harbourage areas Correction date: Aug. 9/16

Observation: Soiled cardboard noted in sliding door cooler and food debris noted at bottom.
Food spills (dry goods) and debris were noted under shelving displays.
Corrective Action(s): Remove cardboard and discontinue use. Ensure cooler is being cleaned regularly to prevent accumulation of food debris.
Clean underneath shelving units to remove any debris. Correction date: Aug. 9/16

Comments

Hot and cold running water was available. Liquid soap and paper towel were present at the handwashing sink.
Bleach sanitizer (100ppm Chlorine) in a spray bottle was present in re-packaging area.
Sliding door cooler was at 2C. Thermometer was present for monitoring the temperature.
Freezers were -9C to -22C
