Follow up inspection: -Manager informed two work orders have been created to have a pest control service conducted within 5 days and to order a second sink plug. -Pest control program via Orkin is in place on a monthly basis according to the Manager. -Cleaning improvements had been made to remove rodent droppings from the back storage room (below the 2-compartment sink and shelf below the expired products). Ensure to clean and disinfect the floor near the electrical area (non-food storage area) as well to remove the rodent droppings. -Continue to monitor for pest activity and your pest control measures. If you have any questions, contact the Environmental Health Officer. Signature is not required due to COVID-19.
