Routine Inspection conducted today. Stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Chest freezers and stand-up freezers measured at -18C. Observed one stand-up cooler and one chest freezer not in service. Operator informed that it is not in use at the moment. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel in staff washroom. Spot checks conducted on the following food items are within expiration/best before date: -Dried green mangoes (exp: 03/2022) -Campbell Mushroom Soup (exp: Jul 15, 2022) No signs of pests observed. NOTE: Please ensure walk-in cooler is at 4C or lower. TO DO: -Frozen meats observed to have Zoe's Foods Ltd sticker. Please ensure that the stickers have production dates for food recall purposes. Corrected by: Immediately. Overall, facility is well organized.
