*No sanitizer (such as the usual Quat-based sanitizer, pink in colour) available onsite for surfaces. Manager to order more. Use bleach solution in the meantime (1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water).

- Coolers measured at 4C or colder. Freezers satisfactory. Accurate thermometers available.
- All food stored off the floor. All food is pre-packaged, no direct handling of food onsite.
- 2-compartment sink available in back for cleaning.
- Mop sink also available in the back - maintained in sanitary condition.
- Coffee/hot chocolate machine, slurpee machines, and iced coffee/frappuccino machine maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation is good.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. |
