Follow-up to inspection report NTRG-BDKVMX: Code 306: Corrected. Fume hood was cleaned by operator. Code 308: Corrected. Dishwasher safe thermometer was provided that was able to read min and max temperature. Discussed with operator to keep temperature records of dishwasher. Thermometer was tested and worked. Temperatures were 68C and 72C at the plate on two different runs.
