Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwiches and samosa stored in the display cooler were not kept at or below 4C. Temperature of food products were at 11C. Food products were stored in the main walk-in cooler and placed in the display unit when the kiosk is open. Relocate food products into the walk-in cooler immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew noted on the piping, tray, and cover of the condenser unit inside the ice machine. Discard the ice product and have the unit properly washed and sanitized. Ensure to frequently wash and sanitize the ice machine thoroughly.
