Observation: Left over doughs observed on the dough mixer. Staff stated the mixer was used this morning.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the dough mixer immdiately. Dough mixer should be cleaned and sanitize after each use or every 4 hours if it will be used multiple times within the same day. Correct by: Immediately.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: A storage table was added in front of the hand washing station located near the cook line.
Correction: Remove the table from the aforementioned location immeidately. Do NOT obstruct any hand washing station in the facility. Correct by: Immediately.
Comments

Follow-up inspection:
- Storage table had been removed from the premise. Hand washing station in the kitchen area is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, single use paper towels and easily accessible.
- Dough mixer was used twice a day in the morning and cleaned after use.
- Sanitation in the kitchen area had improved.
