- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in buckets with wiping cloths and at three compartment sink
- Time monitoring system in place for food items kept at room temperature

- Ice machine is maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

Note:
- Ensure cleaning is done regularly underneath the shelving units in the dry storage room to avoid accumulation of food debris. Excess food debris can potentially attract pests.
