-NO one has FS training at time of visit, discussed with the owner over phone, due to good history of the facility and no issues at time of inspection, Violation ticket ($230) is waived. Ensure to register for FS training and send copies to the area inspector no later then Nov 10-2023, in the meantime ensure to schedule staff with FS training on site. - Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels -Both walk-in and prep coolers were less than 4 C (thermometer present) - Upright freezer was at -18 C - Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3 compartment sink, quats sanitizer are available - Foods properly stored, covered and protected -No sign of pests noted at time of visit. - General sanitation good at the time of inspection - no signs of pests observed
