Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AU8TVH:

- Handwashing sink is free of any equipment or utensil.
- All wiping cloths are stored inside red sanitizer buckets. Sanitizer was measured at 200ppm Quat solution.
- The low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine solution. Chlorine test strips are available to monitor the chlorine concentration. Ensure to monitor the chlorine concentration daily (ie. before opening).
- All food items are covered with plastic lids or wraps.
- Ensure to store rice scoops inside insert container filled with ice and water.
- FOODSAFE certificate verified at the time of the inspection. A copy of the certificate was available for review. Ensure that min one FOODSAFE certified staff is on duty at all times. The person in charge stated that there are three FOODSAFE certified staff in the team.
