Comments

-Dairy cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Display coolers were at or below 4C.
-Cut melons and fruits were stored at 4C in the cooler.
-Chest and bank freezers in the store ranged at -13C to -18C
-Vegetable prep area handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizing dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizing solutions were at 200ppm.
-Random selection of canned food items were within their best before date. A couple of items were dented and were removed from the shelving area.
-Random selection of nutritional supplements and baby foods were within their expiry dates.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Hand sanitizer available at the self-service food areas.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. Minor rodent activity observed along the walls in the back storage area. Monitor for pests and service as needed.
