Observation: The following require cleaning and sanitizing as cleanliness is not satisfactory:
Corrective Action(s): 1. Can opener
2. Hand washing sink by mop sink - ensure it is ONLY used for hand washing, no food debris
3. Steel dish rack requires a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Provide a barrier between dishes and garbage can
4. 3-tier rolling racks
5. Prep coolers - seals, hinges, and interior
6. Inbetween, under and behind all cooking equipment
- especially behind deep fryers, combi oven, gap between grills and drawer coolers
7. Dishwashing area + dishwasher, especially at stainless steel walls and underneath dishwasher.
