Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AZQQN4: Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labeled and provided with 100ppm bleach. Reminder to remake this solution on a daily basis. Ice machine interior with focus on ice making portion cleaned and sanitized. No mildew growth observed. Temperature monitoring records to be maintained and available for review.
