Observation: Rodent droppings observed in dry storage area, underneath dishwasher area and on lower shelves of server station.
Corrective Action: All areas with rodent droppings must be washed and sanitized. This is an unsanitary practice More detail is required when cleaning of rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for new activity daily and wash/sanitize areas with rodent droppings.

Corrective Action: Hole must be sealed / repaired so there is no spaces larger than 1/4", to prevent entry of rodents.

Liquid egg was stored on ice at time of inspection and measured at 4C.

Ice machine was washed / sanitized and appeared in sanitary condition

No scoops / bowls were observed in food containers at time of inspection.

Sanitizer buckets measured at 100ppm for chlorine sanitizer at time of inspection

Common touch surfaces appeared to be in sanitary condition at time of inspection.

All handsinks had liquid soap, single use paper towels and hot / cold running water
