Routine inspection conducted due to ownership change:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -14C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded.
- Low temperature dishwasher had [cl2] if 50ppm during the rinse cycle. Test strips present
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot + cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm. Test strips present
- Premises completed a few renos. Updated floor plan approved.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopy was last cleaned in June 2020. Next scheduled cleaning in December 2020.
Foods stored in food grade containers; covered and 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods found.
- FSP + SP approved
- Foodsafe certified staff present.
- No signs of pests.
- COVID-19 plan in place, measures are: hand sanitizer present; social distancing markings, health checks; contact tracing info gathered; and barriers present.
- Cheque for permit fees obtained (cheque #000103).
