Observation: 1) Multiple food items (ie. raw chopped vegetables, minced pork, prawns, fried pork) stored uncovered inside the walk in cooler. Double stacking of food items where the food items were touching trays.
2) Cooked noodles stored at room temperature uncovered in the back of the kitchen.
3) Bags of sugar stored directly on the floor in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Cover all food items with proper lids or plastic wrap.
2) Store cooked noodles inside the walk in cooler. Cover with proper lids or plastic wraps.
3) Store all dry food items at least 6 inches off the floor.
These are repeat violations. Failure to comply will lead to stricter enforcement.

Observation: 1) Build up of food debris/dirt/grease in hard to reach areas including:
- behind cooking equipment
- behind chest freezer
- behind the prep table directly behind the serving area wall
- on floors of the dry storage area beside the women's washroom.
2) Build up of dirt and sauces on white bins
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean the areas noted above. Regular cleaning is required.
2) Clean and sanitize all food grade white buckets.

Follow up inspection to report #YTAN-AQAQ4W.
- There were no frozen or raw cold potentially hazardous food items stored at room temperature.
- Surface sanitizer available in the front serving area and main kitchen in white bucket at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
- The interior of the cooler was clean. The operator stated that it was sanitized with bleach solution.
