Observation: Main quats auto dispenser not working. No Quats concentration measured at output. Tested and re-tested.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately move to manual method of sanitizer addition. Fill third compartment in sink to typical level and add at least 1/2 cup of concentrate to achieve 200 ppm solution. Fill spray bottles from fresh solution made at beginning of each day until dipsensing unit fixed. repeat filling sink and manual method for making sanitizing solution in sink until unit fixed. Follow up inspection needed.

Observation: Unnecessary accumulation of containers, buckets and other utensils in excess of that needed to operate noted around the dishwash area and support shelves. This is impacting the ability to properly wash and sanitize equipment, and potentially can re-contaminate cleaned dishes etc.
Corrective Action(s): Remove excess equipment and containers such that the dishwash area can be used effectively and safely. This will be reviewed at follow up inspection date.
