Observation:
1) Food has been repackaged despite back area not being organized, or clean and sanitary.
2) 14 ZIplock bags of roti found in reusable Superstore bag underneath operator's car outside premise.
Corrective Action(s):
1) CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED - Food cannot be repackaged onsite until health approval is given. Further instances of food repackaging prior to health approval will be subject to further enforcement action such as the issuance of a Violation Ticket.
2) All foods must be stored in a sanitary manner within the food premises. Packages checked for damage prior to placing them in the freezer.
