Corrective Action(s): Ensure that surface sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm for proper sanitation of surfaces. Operator changed solution during inspection and solution now at 200ppm. Note: Ensure to run the dispenser sufficiently to allow for disinfectant to cycle through tubes to sink basin. Violation Score: 5
