Walk-in cooler below 4 degrees C. Walk-in freezer below -18 C. Beer walk-in cooler below 4 C. All preparation coolers below 4 degrees C. Hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse: 100 ppm chlorine Bar Washer iodine levels: 12.5 ppm Quats sanitizer at the dispenser and in spray bottles: 200 ppm. Temperature and sanitizer logs are up to date. General sanitation is good.
