Routine inspection conducted:
Premises has been operating as "Food Store" per the previous district EHO. Premises does not make any foods on site, but they have various deli meats and are slicing them for the public. All other food items (perogies, baked goods, etc) come from other approved food sources with labels and are repackaged on site.

Premises has a 2 compartment ware washing sink and a handwashing sink in the main front area
Handwashing sink has liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Meat slicer is cleaned/disinfected at end of day
Bleach water sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual
All coolers at 4 deg C or less
All freezers at -18 deg C or less

Discussed with owner regarding changing to a permitted status so they can make Ready to Eat foods for public. Will send application information to operator
