Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of stand up coolers and walk in cooler recorded at or below 4C - Chest freezers and stand up freezers at -18C - Pre-packaged food products are sold onsite. - Re-packaging is conducted for muffins. - 2 compartment sink in the back and handwash sink in washroom had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Permit posted at the front. - No signs of pest activity observed. Note - Operator stated that the slurpee machines are out of service. Operator was advised if they have no plans to use slurpee machines moving forward, they can store them offsite.
