- Sanitizer bucked had 100-200ppm chlorine solution.
- 2 compartment sink available with sink drain
plugs.

- walk-in cooler : 3c
- Upright cooler : not in use at time of inspection
- Bar cooler : -3c
- Freezer : -18c
- Low temperature glasswasher measured 50ppm
chlorine.
- Ice machine appears sanitary.
