General : - Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Sanitizer bucked had 100-200ppm chlorine solution. - 2 compartment sink available with sink drain plugs. -> staff able to demonstrate proper manual dishwashing steps. - walk-in cooler : 3c - Upright cooler : not in use at time of inspection - Bar cooler : -3c - Freezer : -18c - Low temperature glasswasher measured 50ppm chlorine. - Ice machine appears sanitary.
