-Follow up inspection to Jan 30, 2018 -Health application form completed Copt for certificate of Inspection provided -Health permit fee submitted -$37.50 (CIBC 000014) for Jan 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018 -$150.00 (CIBC 000015) for April 1,2018 to March 31,2019. -Operator has 1 month to complete the food safety and sanitation plans. Information to be emailed to operator. -Operator needs to fix walk in cooler door and obtain shatter shields for light fixtures in pastry cooler -Ensure all samples/specials are protected from potential contamination. -Facility is given health approval to operate, subject to the above items being resolved.
