Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coleslaw at 9 C in single door cooler with inserts.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the bottom section of this cooler for any potentially hazardous foods as it is unable to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below. Staff transferred to another cooler.
Place a sign on the door of cooler unless it is repaired/replaced and able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below.
If using this cooler to store coleslaw, ensure there is a timer sticker posted on the container and store for a maximum for 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temp dishwasher registering at 0 ppm for chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher immediately. This is a repeat violation.
In the interim, use the sink compartment to manually sanitize with Quats from the dispenser. Fill sink with sanitizer solution, soak for 2 minutes and air-dry.
