Observation: Prep cooler beside handwash station in kitchen is still maintaing 10-13C. Owner came by and called repairman to fix. No foods stored in cooler at this time. Do not store foods until prep cooler is operational.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the prep cooler maintains 4C or less or replace with a new cooler that can maintain 4C. Date to be corrected:
