- Extra lighting installed in the kitchen. Ventilation hood light has been replaced
- All openings & gaps in the wall are sealed
- All handsink (2) are fully equipped
- Low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine from final rinse water. Ensure to cover up the opening of the sanitizer bottle
- Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles and in a bucket, They are measured at 100ppm
- Drain board available. Ensure to place it so that water can drain in to the sink.
- Operator able to demonstrate that the larger rice grinding machine can be cleaned & sanitized. Brushes in vanons sizes are available for cleaning this unit.
- Insect monitor traps & rodent trap are placed accordingly
