Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Delivery van arrived during inspection and dropped off 4 boxes of crab meat. Exterior of boxes was 12 degrees Celsius, Interior of box and surface of product was 10 degrees Celsius. Internal product temperature was 6 degrees Celsius and product was immediately refridgerated. Crab moved to fridge immediately. Owners opted to keep crab since the internal temperature had not gotten too high. To be discussed with inspector for delivery company.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cleaning cloths at sushi bar and in back prep room have no detectable sanitizer on them. Bleach water is prepared, but not in use. Keep cleaning cloths saturated with bleach at all times.
