Comments

All three hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The Quats sanitizer solution measured at 200 ppm at the 3-compartment sink and in the sanitizer buckets. Staff were FoodSafe Level 1 equivalent certified. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Time tracking was up to date. Temperature records were reviewed during the inspection. No evidence of pests. A pest control company is onsite monthly. General sanitation was satisfactory.
