Observation: 1) Bleach available on site but no sanitizer available at warewashing sink or in food preparation areas.
2) No sanitizer available in 3rd compartment of warewashing sink. (0 ppm detected in solution).
Correction: 1) Ensure sanitizer solution is readily available at all times.
2) Reviewed proper manual warewashing steps with staff. Ensure 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in 3rd compartment --> mix 2 to 5 ml bleach in 1 liter of water.

Observation: No hot water available at hand sink. No hand sink available in food preparation area --> closure order issued.

-Inspection conducted to grant health approval for ownership change.
-Operator has applied for business licence with the City of BBY.
-Corporate food safety and sanitation plan on site.
-Permit fee of $150 paid with cheque #1011. Health application form rec'd.
-Hot water available at hand sink. Letter of service rec'd from plumber.
*-Operator to ensure plumbing permit is obtained for the relocation of new hand wash station. No concerns with location from health department.
*-Operator to install separate tap in addition to spray nozzle at ware washing sink.
-Reviewed sanitizer use with owner --> train staff to have sanitizer (100 ppm) properly made & available in food preparation/service areas and in 3rd compartment of warewashing sinks.
-Ensure all necessary approvals have be obtained from the City of BBY before operating business. Contact the licence office for confirmation.
-Closure order issued by Fraser Health Authority rescinded. .
