Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station noted in the back of house was blocked by boxes at the start of the inspection.

Food handler removed the boxes that was blocking the handwash station.
The facility has been approved based on the number of handwash stations depicted on the floor plan. Therefore, all handwash stations must be accessible for food handlers to use whenever required to perform proper handwashing. Ensure all handwash stations are accessible at all time.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Note: Currently not serving cooked, ready-to-eat food at location. Only selling raw proteins.
Handwash sinks (except for station noted in violation# 401), including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
100 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer container (note: Please change the name label on the sanitizer container to reflect the actual sanitizer being used) and 3-compartment sink in the sanitize basin.
Drain plugs available at the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
All refrigeration units were noted at ≤ 4C.
Freezer unit was noted at ≤ -18C.
All cold storage units were equipped with a functioning thermometer.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
General cleanliness and organization satisfactory.
