Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # JELR-CNPVCA of Feb-03-2023 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Small bar cooler used to store mainly small volumes of lower risk foods. There is some dairy (sour cream, cheese) in this cooler and air and food temperature is at 7C. Correction: Store dairy and higher risk foods at 4 C or colder in alternate fridge or lower temperature of bar cooler to 4C. Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # 257099 of Apr-27-2023 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Bar cooler's door near front hand wash sink was open for an extended period. Ambient air temperature regestered at 8C, unable to measure internal temperature. Cooler mainly stores small volumes of low risk foods. Correction: Move any potentially hazardous foods to a functiong cooler with a temperature registering 4C or lower. Service or repair cooler or adjust temperature setting to a lower colder setting such that it achieves 4C or lower. Keep cooler door shut. Date to be corrected by: As previously discussed.

Follow up inspection. Small bar fridge near hand sink - air temperature is below 4C (-1C measured during inspection) - good. Small bar fridge near upright freezer - air temperature below 4C. Recommend defrosting this cooler as there is ice build up. Temperature is good. Hand sink has liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers - good. Recommend covering on any glass lightbulbs to protect surfaces from broken glass. Copy of this report to be emailed to operator.
