Routine inspection:

Operator stated temperature monitoring records for February were discarded. Keep temperature monitoring records (recommended up to last 6 months) onsite and available for review.

Front area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink set for manual warewashing. NSF certified residential use dishwasher available for sanitizing limited use plates, bowls, and utensils. Premise largely serves using single use items.
100ppm bleach available for use in labeled spray bottle. Prepare an additional sanitizer spray bottle for the serving area.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Display cooler at 2 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
