Follow-up inspection to report MBEK-CLEVDT. Cooler noted on last report is now at 4 degrees C or less. All hand sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. No open canned foods observed. It was reiterated that food is not to be stored in its original can once the can is opened; food is to be transferred to an appropriate food grade container (with a lid or covering). Dry storage food is covered/sealed. Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottles at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
