Scoops have been removed from dry bins - stored in a clean insert. Good Rags in bleach bucket. Good Most inserts have been properly installed at prep cooler - one is double stacked. **As discussed, don't double stack inserts. You must acquire new inserts if you need more small ones. **Your next FOODSAFE violation will result in a ticket. These tickets are $230 per violation. You are welcome to email enrollment and/or completion details for staff FOODSAFE training.
