Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Prep/makeline coolers, walk-in cooler and front display cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Stand-up freezer temperature satisfactory.
No hot holding at the time of inspection.
General food storage practices satisfactory:
- All food items stored at least 15cm off the floor.
- Dry storage area organized.
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
QUAT sanitizer concentration in spray bottle, bucket and at dispenser = 200 ppm.
3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing.
No ants found under 3-compartment sink or anywhere else in facility.
General cleanliness and maintenance of facility very good at the time of inspection.
Washroom clean and hand sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

The following requires your attention:
Do not store personal items/food with items/food used for the food premises. At the time of inspection, several bags of personal food was found on shelves of walk-in cooler, with foods used for the facility. Move personal items/food to a designated shelf that is separate from food items used for the facility. In addition, label this shelf as "Personal" or "For Staff Only".
