Bleach available for sanitizing food contact surfaces *Mix 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per 1 L of water for a 100 ppm solution as required
UV fly lights in-operation
Pest control contract - weekly visits. Small mouse problem in December 2018 - thought to be caused by gaps in bay door seal
Cooler operating at </= 4C; Freezer at </=- 18C; temperature logs maintained daily
Foods stored in foodgrade containers, covered, 6" off the ground. Containers washed weekly.
