Food protected from contamination. Food storage is sanitary.
3 compartment sink in use. 300 ppm quats sanitizer detected in buckets.
Dishwasher final rinse at 75.9C at the plate. Manifold digital display indicates 90C. 71.0C or above at the plate is required.
