Routine inspection conducted at the food store and the following observations were made: - Temperature: Milk cooler at 2C Milkshakes freezer at -18C Stand up freezer at -18C Walk-in cooler at 4C Ice cream chest freezer at -35C Coca cola cooler at 4C Ben & Jerry Ice cream freezer at -25C Reach in cooler at 4C - Handwash station available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 2 compartment sink available in the back area. - 200ppm QUATS sanitizer spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces. - General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
