Sink drain plugs/stoppers available. - Hand sink properly equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Coolers measured 4C or less. - Temperature records available. - Good food storage practices noted. - Pizza sauce held at room temperature with appropriately-labelled time-tracking stickers. - Dry food storage racks satisfactory. - Chemical/cleaning supply storage rack in staff washroom.
