Routine inspection:

3 door cooler at back of premise at 3 degrees C. Liquid pasteurized egg yolk stored in cooler.
Walk in freezers both at or below -18 degrees C.
Chest freezer at -20 degrees C.
Domestic cooler for personal use. Freezer section with frozen products for baking at -16 degrees C.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer made to 100ppm available for use in labeled spray bottle.
High temperature dishwasher 73 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Retail area cooler at 4 degree C. All other shelf stable products individually wrapped and protected from contamination. Non wrapped items are behind a glass partition.
No rodents observed caught in glue traps. Reminder to clean spills quickly and clean all hard to reach areas on a regular basis.
